Shayaries

Khushi ke darbar me jab bhi ye dua mangi, har khushi tumhe mil jaaye, Meri jindagi tum jiyo, aur tumhari maut hum mar jaaye.

Kabhi to ye dil jarur rota hai, Jab koi apna dil se dur hota hai. Kambakht ye aankhe, Dil se jyada inka kasur hota hai.

Bandh aankho me bus sapne hote hai, Duniya me bahut kam log apne hote hai. Apne hi jab bhul jate hai, To lagata hai, sapne to bus apne hote hai.

Ye jindagi na jane kitane mod deti hai, Har mod pe nayaa sawaal deti hai. Dhundhate rahate hai hum jawaab jindagibhar, Mil jaaye jawaab to vo sawaal badal deti hai.

Maut dekar mujhe kya samajati ho, Dur najarese teri chalaa jaunga. Chita jalegi to dhuva banakar, Chaand ke pas hi nazar aunga.

Dil gam ke saagar me dubkar bhi, Yeh pyaar usise karata hai. Phulonse jakhma khane ke baad bhi, Dil yaad unhiko karata hai.

Chandani chauk ka fawaraa naa hotaa, India gate ka nazaaraa na hotaa, Fashion ne ladakiko bigada naa hotaa, To aaj India ke ladake aawaaraa naa hote.

Jise sunkar sabka dil jhum uthe, Us shayar ki gazal ho tum. Jise dekh bhavare Gungunaanaa bhul jaaye, Wo khilta hua kamal ho tum.

Reality Shows

Shinjini, a teenager from Kolkata, is admitted to the hospital. Her family said, she is paralyzed after scolding during a reality show "Dhoom Macha Le Dhoom".

The first reality show on TV was a grand success and the channel earned crores of rupees. And as usual all other channels followed. To add some novelty to the show, they all done something new.

In such reality shows, there are 2-4 judges, who give marks as per performance or give their comments and viewers are requested to send SMS. The person who gets more SMS, is the winner. Judges have almost no control to select the winner. In other words, winner is not selected, he / she is elected.

Now, judges are paid to be present there. They have the knowledge of that particular field say singing or dancing. And they do not have any control to select the winner. And those who SMS for their favourite participant, are not experts. Most of the persons sending SMS may be relatives, friends, neighbours etc, who just want their participant to be selected.

When the participants are voted by non-experts, what is the authenticity of the results ???? Mostly the judges are celebrities. I do not know why they get ready just to be a showpiece. May be because of the money the get. And the channels share revenue generated from SMS.

Well, I am not against it. But when it comes to a teenager who takes part in such competition it may be a dance / sing competition, I request ...........

............To The channel :

In reality shows, lacs of people are viewing its broadcasting and few thousands are watching it live. When the participant is a teenager, judges should not give their opinion with hard words, which may hurt the participant. (It's just manipulated to add sensation)

Avoid competition for teenagers. They are innocent and get hurt easily. The participants must work hard before coming to stage, which is very hard for them at their age.

........To the parents :

DO NOT EXPECT MORE FROM THE CHILD.

Will it happen in India ?

City council of Huntington of Virginia state of America decided to increase mayor's salary and allowance. Mayor David Falington was really doing excellent work for development of the city. City council decided to increase the salary from 62,000 US $ to 90,000 US $.

Surprisingly enough, when mayor came to know about this, he objected. He didn't say the salary is less, but he said "it's too much." and was not ready to accept the offer. City council offered to accept at least 80,000.

During discussion, he said there are lot of works to be done for betterment of city and huge funds will be required to complete the work. And so I do not want any increase in my salary.

He was not pretending. He has warned the council that if the proposal is passed, I will cancel it using my vote. Not only that I will propose to reduce my current salary.

I wish at least one politician in India follow him.

Angadia Service

"Angadia" term stands for a traditional courier service in India. Besides taking your mails to small towns, they carry diamonds, gold, silver etc. This business is done purely on trust. Though they deliver almost all precious items, their business mainly comprises of diamonds. It's because diamonds are small in size and of less in weight as compared to their value, and as they charge as per the value of shipment, they gain more money.

Angadia service has built up a trust or brand value among diamond businessmen. Most of the diamonds are polished in cities of Gujarat like Surat, Navsari, Bhavnagar and are then sent to Mumbai thro' Angadias. There are about 40 Angadia companies are engaged in this business. Not only they are trusted, but the delivery is also assured and generally is done in time. These service is quite old and is mostly owned by"Patels" of Gujarat.

Not only diamond packets, they transfer money also from one city to another. Diamond cutters in Surat are from villages of Orissa and UP. They send money to their home thro' Angadia and are charged 2-15 % as per delivery schedule. If they want delivery after 8 days, the charge is 2 % and for delivery within 2 hours charge is as high as 15 %.

The diamond packets, they take for delivery is insured with an amount, which is an approximate value of the parcel and are charged accordingly. If the parcel is stolen or lost during transportation, the sender will get the full amount at midnight. Once the sender seal the parcel and hands it over to Angadia, it is opened by receiver only.

They offer free service to transfer money within the city and both the parties should be from diamond market. The transfer orders are given verbally, but there will never be an accounting mistake.

Employees of different Angadias travel together and are dressed such, no one can assume they are carrying goods worth lacs.

This business is mainly run by Patel community and they are known for doing hard work and are whom you can trust.

Aarushi-Hemraj murder case

I had decided to write about Aarushi murder case only after it is solved.

But after so many days neither Noida police nor CBI could prove anything.

Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar (Aarushi's parents), Mrs. Anita Durrani (Dentist colleague of Rajesh Talwar, Krishna (Rajesh Talwar's compounder), Rajesh Talwar's neighbour's servant are arrested so far.

Formerly police and now CBI gives us a new story everyday. Even the lie-tests didn't give any result. Yet weapon used to kill both the victims is not found.

All the arrested are not hardcore criminals, as none of them have criminal records (at least so far we know this only). 3 of the arrested are doctors, and must be aware of the results (if any of them is a culprit).

For a common man to withstand a police / CBI investigation or cheat a lie-detector machine is difficult. As none of them gives any clue to CBI, it's quite possible that they are innocent (really) and actually know nothing about the murder. And if you do not agree with me on this point then you have to agree our CBI is not skilled enough.

Express yourself, leave a comment.
